I have no boobs!!!!?

I am 18. I weigh 80 pounds. I am 5 feet. No signs of puberty. My sisters started their period at age 12. am i normal

18 does seem a bit old having not gone through puberty. Is this a genuine question? Females in underdeveloped countries often mature later due to lack of proper nourishment. Do you suffer from an eating disorder? Maybe you have some medical condition which has delayed puberty. Consult an OB/GYN for proper medial help.
