To answer your question, yes, it'll get bigger. Generally, the penis stops growing at around age 20, sometimes a little later, sometimes a little sooner. Masturbation frequency does not affect penis size at all. Masturbating more won't make it bigger, masturbating less won't make it bigger. Your genes will make it bigger. The average penis size for a 14-year-old is around 4 - 5.5 inches, keep in mind that the size is for an erect penis, so if you fall anywhere near or above that region, you're perfectly normal. If you're under the region, you should expect a "penis growth spurt" real soon. Good luck.

But to answer your question, yes it will get ALOT bigger. Mine didn't start growing tell I was 15 (last year) and I started off TINY but now I'm really close to 7 inches.

yea, mine used to be as tiny....well, really tiny and now its pretty darn big...in my prospective, i am about 8 inches! Woo hoo dont worry dude
