This could be a number of things...but all things that you should have evaluated by a medical professional! Could be that you are experiencing some type of anxiety...you could have a blood clotting issue that you are unaware of which can cause intermitten pain...you could be having a gallstone attack and not realize it (one of the symptoms is chest pain). However, in either of these cases, and more, you really should see a doctor to rule out anything major!

This could be an inflammatory condition called costochondritis which is inflammation of the cartilage around the ribcage and can cause pain of the chest wall. When this painful condition occurs it can make one think that they are having a heart attack or something like that when it's not an actual heart attack.

I would recommend having your dr evaluate this pain to see what could be the cause of it is.

Muscular maximum in all likelihood, yet you dont truly supply plenty documents. IF its that undesirable, then dont ask in yahoo, bypass to the ER :) Worst case subject, you have something like pneumonia... superb case subject, an disillusioned ER physician will prescribe you a snooze :) superb of success, recuperate!

you better get to a doctor very soon. this is one of the biggest signs of a heart attack. if you ever feel light headed or nauseous, then those are other signs too. just go check up with your doctor very soon because if you wait until it might happens, then they will be able to do much less than if you go in before it happens.
