I would have to say a nice pair of jeans and a sweater. That way you are somewhat dressy and also comfortable.

if you want to be warm but cute heres an outfit-
pantyhose (bare legs bad idea at ice skating rink!)
mini skirt (maybe one of those fleece ones)
lace cami w/ layering shirt over it
zip up fitted sweatshirt
leg warmers going slightly over the top of the skates (black or white, neutral)
this is a warm and toasty outfit ive worn to the rink a couple of times.

yeah you would be heat. and its beautiful :) and that is not any longer proper for the shoes cuz you will would desire to alter them. my acquaintances shoes have been given stolen one time whilst she exchange into ice skating... so except the rink your going to has lockers i does not positioned on those. they are especially costly.

skinny pants (they'll look adorable in your ice skates) a cute bomber jacket, scarf and hat (depending on how cool it is)...it doesn't have to be too matchy matchy (that'll make ppl sick, lol)

jeans
me and my friends wore all about the same thing, and might i say, we looked pretty fine =]]
