If Bush is such a dumb Red neck, then how has he managed to steer a huricane into neworleans that affected only poor black people, bomb the levys, fly air planes into the world trade center, convince the really smart democrats to invade Iraq, increase global warming etc.?

We hear this all the time, not just Bush, republicans in general are supposed to be stupid, yet their smart enough to create all this.

And the chocolate mayor.

2007-03-26 12:17:41 · update #5

The people were forewarned and the chocolate mayor, you know if Bush had gone in there, it would have been another illegal invasion.

Oh my gosh...do I really have to spell all this out for you.

Katrina--he didn't do it, his response was pathetic, as was his appointing Brown to head FEMA (Brown was a former lobbyist who took politicos on hunting trips and such--completely unqualified)

WTC--his brother headed the company in charge of security of WTC, Bush blocked investigations for months after the tragedy...we didn't get the "fake" answers until we already attacked those "responsible", WTC 7 shouldn't have fallen--plain and simple. Too many questions and a blatant disregard for answering them. I could go on...but I doubt you are even listening. Go to www.st911.org to perhaps learn something.

Iraq--Bush used devisive rhetoric (remember, "you are either w/ us or the terrorists..) and pandered bad intelligence...all the Dems. are guilty of doing is believing his lies...seems you are guilty of that too.

Global warming--his anti-environment, pro-oil tactics are obvious, no need to explain. As far as the controversy, I'd rather err on the side of caution and not run an uncontrolled experiment on the only planet we have. Why not fund green technologies?

I leave you with a quote, just think about it, k?

Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

--Hermann Goering(1893-1946) Commander-in-Chief of the Luftwaffe, President of the Reichstag, Prime Minister of Prussia and, as Hitler's designated successor, the second man in the Third Reich.

Where are you getting all these silly ideas that he did any of this stuff? First of all it is not the hurricaine but the aftermath that he screwed up. Not enough help and not fast enough and when it did arrive it was mismanaged. Bomb levy, what's a levy. Oh you mean levee. Those levees were in bad shape for a long time. No one says he flew planes into any buildings except you. He may have not reacted quickly enough or there may have been some questionable activities surrounding his and Cheney's roles in the 9/11 attacks but he didn't fly any planes into the buildings. Lies told by a well practiced liar can be very convincing. People voted for the war because of a very well told lie supported by other liars in the Administration. But, as with any lie, the truth was found out and that changed the minds of people, not only in Congress but around the world. He had the sympathy of most of the world on 9/11 and he has blown all that good will. Most people both in the US and around the world don't believe he is doing a good job. No one trusts him. What does global warming have to do with Bush other than the fact that he has done alot of talk about alternative energy but has done zip about it. As for redneck, no he's no redneck. He may be a wannabe cowboy but he's no redneck.

No one said Dick Cheney was dumb! George Bush is!

And quit with the foolishness. No one blamed Bush that a hurricane hit New Orleans, just that he was forewarned and did nothing, then turned around after the disaster and did nothing!

No one said he flew the planes into the world trade center, and neither did many of those who are alive and well who were said to be on the planes by the government.

It is easy to convince someone when you are president and you lie, which is what Bush did to Congress and the US! In other words he fed them, and us, BS that HE KNEW was BS!
LBJ seemed to do a good job with you Republicans with the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution which put US ground troops in Vietnam. That was a total lie!

It would be nice that before you try and slam Democrats, you look into your own closet! Wasn't it (Reagan) who was selling arms to Iran and then attacking a country that the World Court convicted us of attacking a sovereign nation (Iran/ Contra)?

Wasn't it Newt Gingrich politically motivated for trying to impeach Clinton (No he was never impeached) while he was having an affair with a woman 30 years younger than his wife. Ended up marrying her, and cheated on her as well!

Now i've blamed Bush for many things, but we all know Bush can't steer hurricanes or fly 747's. he said he had no idea the levee's would break when they warned it could happen, We all know now that the intel. was wrong with regards to iraq, global warming is real, and not even Bush can stop it, it's a natural cycle. Is Bush to blame for anything in your eye's? I'm guessing no, but why not be honest.

Bill Clinton used to always go to Family Reunions in Little Rock "to pick up young chicks".
Hillary helped by picking out little relatives for Bill.
Cool!

I'd call it "convenient blame".
They love to blame Bush for just about anything you can name,
but when he does something right they immediately down play it and look for another mistake.
