Can he be accepted when he contridicts the Qu 'ran? ie, He claims to be, and the Jews had him excuted, for saying he was god's son.
Too, he teaches, "He who lives by the sword, dies by it" and to pray for your enemies and NEVER do harm.

You must understand that the bible and the Qu'ran are quite different in what Jesus says. In the bible, Jesus tells that he is the son of god, which is the basis of Christianity of all forms. In Islam, he is more of a teacher and a miracle maker. In both books, Jesus preforms the exact same miracles except that he doesn't rise again in Islam. Islam and Christianity pray to the same god, even though they have separate names, so they really aren't that different then you think.

Here are the facts that I don't ask you to believe them from me. I'm asking you to read about them & research on them.

Islam identifies Jesus as a prophet like many other prophets including Muhamed. They messengers of god.

The Quran talks about jesus miracles including raising the dead people & giving sight to the blind but it confirms that it is by the order of GOD & not the power of jesus himself.

Whatever the teachings of jesus were, they were very peaceful & good because they were from god. However there's a difference between Jesus as a prophet & christianity as a religion as it is tody. You're missing some facts:

Firs; the first bible was written over a 150 years after jesus supposedly died so that's about 5 generations or more.

Since christianity was denounced by the roman empire, there was a big summit with the emperor Augustus & they basically wrote all christianity from the start & put in a lot of ancient roman teachings & removed a lot of the real teachings of jesus. for many reasons among which the fact that in true christianity, the church didn't have a role as big as it has today so the priests wanted to centralize the religion & take control through it over the people.

Finally, I can't imagine that every now & then you hear about a "New Bible" being sold on TV in the US. Can you imagine that?? If it was truly from god, where was it the past two thousand years?? so by logic, someone just wrote it up so it can't be genuine & it's not worthy of following because it has been manipulated to serve the people's interests only.

You need to do a lot of research & that's the reason why many people convert to Islam because they follow logic & they find that christianity can't be authentic from god himself but has been manipulated.

Good luck on your journey.

I agree that Jesus' teachings and lifestyle were quite a departure from his predecessors.
Noah's prophecy was followed by global destruction, or a new beginning.
Abraham and Moses continue the purification and diaspora that followed.
Jesus begins a modern era surrounded by the last ancient world power (Rome) which dominated the land of his fathers. He represents a virtual victory of the inner life over the outer, which fits the context perfectly. I think this is where his teachings depart from Islam, which appears to continue the original tradition in the concrete world. It is then possible to reinterpret the lessons of Jesus as metaphorical, similar to the parables he told.

Each prophet came to the world in definite time, to definite people, so his message should be classified into two parts, one the message to the people whom he lived between, by their mother language, so they could understand what he is saying. Two the message to the all world, which u will find it almost the same for all messengers of God.
