Office supply stores have sticker paper. I haven't seen tattoo paper. I think it depends more on the ink than the paper. I don't think you can do a temporary tattoo with printer ink.

You can usually get sticker paper at office supply stores and most craft stores. You can also get a Xyron machine if you're going to be doing a lot of it...it's a machine that can turn something you already have in paper form into a sticker. They're a little on the expensive side, but if you're wanting to do it a lot, it might be worth it.

As far as the temporary tattoo question, I'm not aware of any paper you can use for that. Depending on what you're using it for, you can always use henna. It's what they use in India. It's somewhat temporary, as it will only last about 2 weeks or so at the most. You can make your own stencil on the computer so that you have your design ready, then the henna paints onto your skin. Some of the pigment soaks in but eventually wears off after showering, etc. (And you may have seen this done at some state fairs, etc.) You can find henna kits on Ebay, as I've bought one there. At least it's something as far as the temporary tattoo question is concerned. I've had a few, and they're pretty neat.

I don't know if they still have it but I bought tattoo paper for my DD's birthday several years ago then ran out of time to print them so I don't know how well it works. I'll check the brand on it when I get the chance, though.

Office supply stores will have the sticker paper. You can either use a preset template for like name tags or return addresses. Or you can buy full sheets that let you print any size/shape sticker and then hand cut it.

Try the site below, they are offering customizable tattoos. Maybe you could ask them to sell you just the paper they use for their transferable tattoos.
