samsung a 900 post card feature?

Hi all I have the A900 samsung and I was just wondering if anyone has ever used the postcard feature in the camera phone? anytime I use it the pictures come out like an ached drawning over the picture and i was just wondering if someone could tell me if this is normal or what?

no u have to take it off go to camera and go to options
