I'm assuming your talking self care not going to the doctors, surgery, etc.

Below is a web link to a product that claims spinal decompression. I have never used it or no anyone that has but I have seen them advertised for years.

with only some phrases you would already discover their intellectual disorders as for gibberish its the least in their issues.. a few of them cant learn effectively so why could they care..
