My personal opinion:

Baseball: Arod - Paid way too much for not delivering

Golf: Michelle Wie - Can't win but so much attention & $$.

Tennis: Andy Roddick - Can't beat high ranked players

Basketball: Kobe Bryant - .500 record since Shaq left, overrated defense because Arenas dropped 60 on him, can't win a playoff series, and nothing more but a scorer. No concept of team sports.

Soccer: Ronaldino - got owned by France in WC, has good dribbles but not too fast of a player

Football: Eli Manning - Interception king, can't win big games

Who do you think are the most overrated?

i do not imagine that's a twist of destiny that 3 of the 5 "maximum puffed up gamers" are Yankees. I agree that Joba is puffed up, he has no longer executed what he has been hyped as a lot as do. i'm a Yankee fan and that i usually is the first to assert that. A-Rod and Swisher aren't from now on puffed up, they have both been doing large at present. per chance they are not the perfect gamers in baseball yet they're no the position close to the most puffed up. there have been in all likelihood different causes in the back of those votes.

My god why dont you just go and slam Reggie Miller, Charles Barkley, Dan Fouts, and Dan Marino while you're at it.

Just because they aren't clutch players does not mean that are overrated, they are all great players and their time just has not come yet, I guarantee you in the next 10 years each of the players you mentioned (except Kobe) will win a championship in their respective sports.

Reggie Bush (well overhyped)
Alfonso Soriano (just one good season)
Lebron James (good player but is overhyped, will live up to it though)
