Hi Nati, No that is not sad,i have been there myself. The drinking is sad. That will only cause more problems for you in the long run. Get out and make some new friends and do somethings to take your mind off of your problems. Find something to get your mind off of everything for awhile. You need this break to figure out things. You can do it. Be strong and you will be find. A Friend.

I can assure you it's only temporary that the problems will be forgotten. Alcohol is a depressant and it will make you feel worse. I don't think your a saddo, just a person with what seems to them, overwhelming problems. It's no use telling you how to get out of the rut, too detailed for here. Have you sought any professional help with the problems. The trouble with alcohol in those circumstances is that you become an alcoholic and then you have one more problem to deal with and the original problem is still there. Don't you have any friends you can talk with??

Its sad what you are doing to yourself, the problems will still be there tomorrow when you wake up, then you will have to face them with a hangover. Talk to someone, a problem shared is a problem halved. Hope you sort them out kiddo, take care.

Three days in a row?
Perhaps... but then I would never use the word 'sad' just lonely... you need to look at that and start doing something for you (aside from drinking).
It does work - many of us (including me) have been there... please try it - you might actually like and at least you get the chance to congratulate yourself when you succeed.
Good luck.

Your problems will still be there in the morning, and with a hangover will probably make them seem even worse. Are your problems caused by alcohol? Alcohol is a depressant. x
