I used to have a 1964 Corvette Stingray and took that up to 155. The speed didn't scare me untill the front end got quiet. I think it was floating. I never tried that again.

back in the 70s I had a 1970 street runner with a 440 massive block with 3 duces six p.c.. that suitable out at one hundred ten or one hundred fifteen miles an hour yet at that velocity the front end might elevate off street surfaces and start up plaining out of control.

when the state patrol caught up with me at the red lite and told me to pull in the truck stop he said i was going 103 mph that mite be a good reason why i am home right now i was driving a 2001 westerstare with a 500 hp red head. yes that was dumb of me ............

128mph in a 1992 Honda Accord in 2000. I was so stupid and young and peer pressure is a bit ch!!!! I was 20 years old. So stupid too!!!
