I would definately say tap or irish. They both for most of the choreography..uses the feet... hand movements are just adding creativity to dance.

Irish and its American cousin, clogging, are about it, but the use of the hands in Standard ballroom is important but largely in not moving them.

irish is the only one i can think of because i take tap and we use our hands a lot. i'm in a very advanced class and every year of tap i take we use our arms. so whoever told you that you don't use your arms in tap are lying.

definitly tap, besides a little choreography in the movement of your arms, it's all naturally so you don't fall over
