The person with the most cities, all accurately spelt, will gain the best answer. I will count a city twice if you can give its German name where the name differs to the English spelling...

The addition of an 'e' in place of an Umlaut is a correct spelling.
Thus 'Köln' and 'Koeln' are both correctly spelt.

Note: A non-German city in your list will invalidate your entry.

I live in Nordrhein-Westfalen and would need the rest of the week off work to get to the end of the list. The best name in these parts in Wankum which always raises a titter among English speakers.
There's also a town east of here named Harsewinkel which anglophones think ir really funny to pronounce as **** winkle. Ho ho ho.
Viel Spass

So I can name a German city? Hey thankyou thats really nice, I would be more than satisfied with just the one naming however. Frottage kind of trips off the tongue does'nt it. Yep thats it, I name that town Frottage with the powers invested in me from the good people of Germany. No just a minute I've changed my mind, can I have Bad Frottage with those two little dots over the "o".
