I always see young teen age boys or young men walking around with their pants around their knees with a long shirt to cover their underwear, i always just giggle and think it looks like they just took a crap in their pants, anyone else feel the same?

ha ha thats what my dad always says. he also says dont those boys wear nice capris. cuz there never really wearing "shorts" and they dont completely cover their legs so heh capris.

I really don't like this look...and then I think ti is pointless when they pull up their pants just to have them drop 5 seconds later.
