It would be extremely difficult to enforce a law that banned old people from having sex. So, it's not practical.

Um why should it be illegal? When I took psychology I read about some study that said old people who continue to have sex actually tend to be healthier and live longer. I really don't see what the big deal is. It's not like you have to watch them.

The Constitution- it basically tells you that you have the right to do with your body what you please so long as it doesn't infringe on the rights of others.
Old people sex, I think, falls under that category.
