I don't know, you should write a letter to each university asking if they offer a Harry Potter degree.

NO COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY WOULD You be able to Major in Harry Potter you could major in Literature or something of that sort but not in Harry Potter.

Florida Atlantic University offers a literature degree with a concentration in science fiction/fantasy lit (it is the only university in the country that offers this). You may also want to check into schools that offer children's lit as a concentration.
