Driving is 7 hours.. so I would say 10 hours - minimum.

It depends on the stops along the way and how fast the train is actually going. It wouldn't surprise me if this turned out to be a two day trip, but you can count on it taking a full day at the least.

That depends on the number and length of the stops. The only way to get an accurate time is to call the ticket agent, they'll know.
