my daughter is only 4 days old so she isn't. My niece is 18 months and she isn't either, my nephew is 11 years old and could quite possibly be more mature

They are equally immature. Nieces are 14 and 13. I'm 37.

they are certainly more mature then ten years ago.its because there is more awareness today.more access to tv shows,new tehnology,more computer access etc,etc,
