All you need is hand lotion. Nothing fancy is necessary. People may not be listening to the fact that you are 14, so you aren't going to just go into a store and buy stuff from sex aisles, whether you can or not isn't the issue, a 14 year old just isn't going to do that. But I can see where even having hand lotion in your room could be a problem since most 14's don't have serious issues with their hands not being soft enough. Quite the dilemma.
PRICE CHECK ON VASELINE SOOTHING HAND LOTION REGISTER 9 PLEASE. PRICE CHECK ON VASELINE HAND LOTION. Just kidding. Just kidding

I remember my local K-Mart used to have these machines where you could just scan all of your items, and pay them with cash or a credit card. Since you did all of the scanning and bagging yourself, you could buy whatever you wanted without the fear of what the cashier would think or say. Too bad they took these out of the store for some reason...
If you truly are embarrassed about buying lubricant at a store (I know I would be), you can use the next best things. Check out your bathroom, look for anything like lotions, Vaseline, and that kind of thing. If you think your parents will be suspicious if they see you lugging that industrial-size bottle of lotion or Vaseline to your room, just put a little on your hand, stick your hand in your pocket, and you can walk through them undetected, or you could just masturbate in the bathroom, your choice.
If you think you're man enough to buy lube at a store, go for a young-looking cashier, preferably a male, since they're more likely to not say anything, or not even care. Always make sure the barcode on the lube is still there, the last thing you want the cashier to say is "hey, the barcode on this lube bottle is broken" or "price check on soothing, warming, lube!". Another thing you could try is to take the barcode off the bottle and stick it in your pocket and walk out with it, if you really want the lube and don't want anyone to know about it, this would be your best solution. If you can't take off the barcode at all, like if it's engraved on the bottle, you can still stick it in your pocket, and still walk out, just make sure you buy something else in case an employee stops to check you. If you have like a bag with you, they'll just check your bag, or sometimes they don't do anything at all.
Good luck with everything, and watch out for the security cameras!!

You can get it from your neighborhood drug store, like Rite-Aid or Walgreens. You just walk to the section where the condoms are, take the one you want off the shelf, and go to the check out line with it. You put it on the checkout stand when you get to the front of the line, have them ring you up, you pay, and you walk out with it. There's nothing to be embarassed about. People will think that you are being considerate to your partner for buying personal lubricant to help with the discomfort. That's its for. If they look at you, look at them back straight in the eye with a grin from ear to ear that says "I'm gonna go have lots of sex now and it's going to be fun. Bye!"
Seriously, there's nothing to be self-conscious about. Everyone does it. You might as well start getting used to your sexuality. Get the water based KY. It's easier to clean off when you are done.

Petroleum jelly(vaseline) or a hand or body lotion out of any store. If you're into aromotherapy oils add them after you have melted the jelly. I use lavender, clary sage, peppermint, spearmint, wintergreen and ylang ylang in my mixture.
Even just purchasing K-Y jelly, it may keep down some suspensions. Go to a cashier that doesn't look concerned or go to a self-check out line.

Don't wallk into a pharmacy and ask for a lube for masterbation. What you really want is a lubricant for masturbation. Masterbation is something that is done to the principle of the university (head master),

Just go to walmart or target and pick some out and go to a self-checkout. If you dont have a self-checkout, look for a male cashier and he probably wouldnt care. You shouldnt be embaresed cause your gonna have to do it someday.

Save yourself the embarrassment and do it without lube. You're eventually going to do it that way anyway.

If you don't want to use lotion just find the stones to purchase a bottle of KY from your grocery store. Nothing to be embarrassed about, they'll think you are getting it for sex.
