First I heard about this. While Grossman is a decient QB he is inconsistant as a qb and the Packers dont have the team to consitantly get him back out of trouble like he did in Chicago. In the end GB still needs more playmakers on both offence and on D in order to go to the Super Bowl, let alone win it. If it is a Chicago standpoint then it is still no. They have a great D but that is it. They didnt have a good offseason either. Poor trade if your a Bears fan though. Trade a young guy for a old one and a 2nd round pick??? Man what were they thinking. But in the end I doubt this is true. No offence but Farve to the Bears? I just dont see that happening.

If Favre is traded, I dont think John Madden would love him as much. No WAY is that ever gonna happen, especially to a rival team. Whoever said that has been living under a rock for the past 11 years or so.

do you really think Green bay would ever trade favre. keep dreaming. Favre will retire a packer. GB would call for Ted Thompsons head on a platter if he traded away the most beloved football player in packer/ NFL history. are you kidding me? don't ever ask a question that stupid again.

Why would you think either team would even be willing. The Bears fans wouldn't want the face of Green Bay, and the Packers would whine about getting the better QB, the media has them convinced they would be ripped off.

Obviously its true. What great franchise doesnt trade their aging legendary quarterback to their division rival for their inconstant and in general bad quarterback plus their second round pick. I mean the Packers need to look to their future and apparently Rex Grossman is the answer.

I dont belive it. Even so, my Bears had by far, without a doubt, the worst offseason in the NFL, and its not even over. I dont believe what this guy just said. If that happened, it would be as if theyre TRYING to run the Bears Franchise into the ground.

Favre would retire before leaving Green Bay...unless GB gave him a good reason to leave, and they wouldn't do that...
