Im writing a book and I need help on where the book should take place, and what other cities/lands should I have? I also want to know what createars I should have?

You are not a writer.
You are a wannabe.
Writers develop their plots, characters, and stories in order to convey a message to the reader.
Wannabes think all it takes to be a writer is a cool gimmick, and then fill in the blanks.
Really, it's your story. Why are you asking these questions? Real writers do this on their own. Real writers understand that location is PART of your story. Real writers understand things like setting and character development.
These questions are insulting to real writers.

It really depends on the story. You have to give more information on the story for me to say. Besides, you really should come up with it yourself.
