it is just showing this
it happens after i play Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory (witch is a very fun free game) and dont work again till i restarty my computer
here is when i did the d3d test

I have a NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400
I downloaded the newest driver i could find on there site and it said that my current drivers are newer

And what video card do you have? What driver version?
EDIT: Reinstall DX9

Most NVidia video card when running D3D mode will get this problem, please goto Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory setup change to "Open GL" that should work.
IF you have ATI, just reload the driver should work.
