I know, it doesn't make any sense at all. Especially since he seems to have won the closers job with the Reds already, but he didn't join the team until half-way through spring training.
As such I'd expect him to be entered at some point this week when final rosters are announced and Yahoo! has to make put that nice little "not active" notch next to everybody who's starting the year in AAA.
Smart that you're looking for him though, good source of cheap, under the radar saves. Jorge Julio got traded to the Marlins today...another option if you're quick. ;-)

He has not made the team yet. Rosters come out soon thou. once he is added it takes one business days to add him onto the yahoo account.

Usually it's when he plays his first game. Then he gets added to waivers.
