I have no "notes" folder on itunes??? Please help!?

I am TRYING to put text files fot my ipod and I was told to put text files in my notes folder on my ipod BUT there is no notes folder? and I did the "enable disk use" thing but still is not working? and I even unplug and plug in the ipod still nothing? pls help im so confused ????? thanks

Just Make a new folder titled "Notes"

It should work...
