Please don't try to bs you're way through it - it's just too long, and your teacher probably has seen more bs than you might think -- do it right! 1. Decide on a subject - Say the three branches of government. 2. Refine the subject down to what you'll be writing about, maybe just focusing on just one branch of government, or one agency of that branch, or one function of the agency. 3. Start basic research i.e. Go to the library. 4. Begin to generally outline what you will be writing about, and decide if it's going to be an opinion or a documentary. 5. Do detailed research. 6. Begin to fill in the details of the outline, enumerating each point your paragraphs will cover. 8. Using your outline, start writing the first draft. 9. Write the second or final draft, remember to include notes. 10. Type your index and bibliography. 11. Create a Title page with the title, your name, and class, centered both horizontally and vertically on the page. 12 Type your final draft if you haven't already done so. - (**Typing alone will raise your paper one grade**). 13. Sort your title, index, article, and bibiography (where you got your information). 13. Find a paper or plastic cover for it. 14. Hole punch it. 15. Dothe final assembly.

His vision of the project was parochial, even sterile, and lacking imagination and any chance of adjustment over time.
