Do the rights under the Constitution apply to all American citizens?

They should unless of course you have a selective constitution, one that only protects the socialists.

Fine by me, it's her constitutional right. Also, I don't think that it necessarily means that she's got something to hide...it might just be a symbolic statement indicating that she doesn't think that the entire proceeding is worth her time or trouble.

This is a right that all Americans have. I am fine with it.

Hmm, a selective constitution, only for socialists?

It is his right to plead the 5th, in fact if you or I were on the stand we could do the same thing. But with Goodling being in the position that he is, he will not serve jail time like you or I would, and for that I do not respect the fact that he has pleaded the 5th. It should be the same punishment for anyone that is testifying no matter what position they hold.

I don't think the 5th Amendment should apply to people like you that don't understand why it's there.

The Constiution protects him. It's what the typical conservative Republican is all about. A scoundrel always wraps themselves up in the American flag. It hard to be conservative and not tell lies or be honest about what you are doing.

It was expected for a party who does nothing but lie. However, this right is available to him as much as it is ours to put the people responsible in this corrupt administration in prison where they belong.
