dont mean to reopen a wound for anyone. I grieve for the families who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attack as well . My question is only a thought provoking question that should really be looked at. American people deal in symbols of power. The white house represents everything that is good and everything that is wicked in the country. Would its removal cause American Resolve or cause the people to realize that it's gated presence is really only for show. The city around the White House suffers while its Presence remains ever clean

I believe the psychological condition of America would be no different than it is now. We would have been angry and had great resolve to do something, but by now politics would have caused us to lose our resolve. The liberals would still be pointing fingers and crying for peace in the presence of our enemies. Let's face it, if the Twin Towers and The Pentagon aren't enough to get everyone and I mean EVERYONE in this country to wake up and take notice, I don't think the White House would do any better. In fact it might have even done less, because by now there would be Democrats who would say "Well look W and his dad really brought this attack on themselves" They are saying it now, so why wouldn't they say it if it was the White House?
