A coffin or casket.

The maker of the coffin doesn't want it because he doesn't want to die, the buyer buys it for someone else, and the user doesn't see it because he's dead.

Theoretically speaking of course..... my grandpa bought his coffin from a friend of his who was a carpenter - and he kept it stored in the barn for the next 60 years ! Grandma wouldn't let him bring it into the house, thinking it was bad luck

Hmmm....
The buyer had to buy it because the seller didn't want it and now he (the seller) can't see it because it is sold out.
The buyer doesn't want to use it because a shadow is something that always follows you.
