First off you got to have a modded PSP.
Next is that you have a make a file folder on your PSP H:\ISO and place the game ISO in that folder.

If you don't have your PSP at 1.5, 3.03OE or 3.10OE then you can't play your ISO. game . If you don't know what to do and how to downgrade you need to go to the site below and READ in the forums. But you might brick your PSP.

The ISO file folder goes in the root of Pro Duo card. Like you pointed out above it's H:\ISO\Call_of_duty.iso . If you don't have an ISO file folder make one. Make sure to name it ISO using all Caps.

Step 1: Check your firmware to see if it is downgradeable (3.03 and below)

Step 2: Downgrade your PSP to version 1.50 and hope you don't bricked your PSP (turning it completely useless) in the process.

Step 3: Decide whether you want to:

A: Keep it at version 1.50: Download and install Dev Hook and Fast Loader for the ISO

B: Upgrade to custom firmware (3.03 OE-c or 3.10 OE-a) and hope you don't brick you PSP in the process.

Step 4: For custom firmware: Put the ISO file in the ISO folder (if it does not exists, create one) and enjoy

If you have a PSP already hacked, skip to step 4.

Downloading any copyrighted content textile- be it a sport, movie, song, some thing - is illegitimate. The fines are a lot more effective than 500 funds, and now and again, may be problem to detention center time or a criminal record. base line- dont receive copyrighted content textile
