The most hurtful thing you have ever said to someone..?

You know those things that just slip out of your mouth when your tongue goes into action before your brain ? You really hurt someone you love in the worst way and you do it on purpose. You might have even spent tiiimme thinking about the worst possible thing you can say-what will cut the deepest. Then you think **** i shouldn`t have said that, that was way below the belt...
The worst insult you`ve ever given anybody in your life - to someone you care about as well - aw god that is bad... So tell us about it here. Tell us that terrible thing you said, how much it hurt the person, how bad you felt after, the desctruction it might have caused, and how much you would like to take it back - if only you could.......

That wrongly spelt word should be DESTRUCTION.....

I once was invited at a film launching in Central London. during the interval, I met a little bit plumpish girl and when we were talking one of the guest said to me that the girl is the star of the film; I reacted innocently: "oh, yeah, didn't recognize her, she has gained a lot of weight now, hasn't she?!!!

I felt so bad!
