My parents aren't too nice to me, and I'd like to get away from it all.

Not every state offers emancipation. In those states that do, you have to prove that you would be better off emancipated.

You would need proof that you can completely support yourself without welfare or any help from any one else. You would need to show that you could pay rent without a roommate, afford health insurance, groceries, utilities, and ALL other expenses on your own.

If your parents are abusing you, contact Child Services. If they are just not letting you do everything you want, and you can't support yourself now, wait until you turn 18, and move out.
