Usually the kind that specializes in litigation where huge jury awards are not uncommon. That's why you see all those ads from ambulance-chasing attorneys on late night TV.

Another lucrative field is corporate law, but only if you make partner and get the big Microsoft/Google/HP/Cisco type cases.
