I am getting my printouts overlapped in one print in my printer.?

i am using hp laserjet5, whenever i give multiple pages printout iam getting an overlapped print in one paper. plz help me out from this problem.

The printer is older than Moses. It would cost way more than it's worth to fix that mechanism.
