Don't worry about someone reporting you. If you aren't doing anything wrong it doesn't matter how many idiots reports you,
However if you go around trying to get people kicked off who aren't doing anything wrong, you're going to end getting yourself booted. Just ignore her and use the system properly and Yahoo will want you here.
Anytime you see someone is breaking the community standards you should report them. The Yahoo staff will review the post and if your correct that it is a violation they will pull it, and if that person continues they will get booted off.
As long as you are following community standards you'll be fine. If you aren't sure then review the rules again or ask.
