Okay, i have a pair of shorts that got some ink rubbed off on it somehow from a plastic bag...its just surface and isnt like a soaked in stain but i rain it in the wash and it didnt come off

The best stain remover I know is Zout. I buy it in the supermarket in the laundry section.
