i know someone who doesnt even have their permit..and i was wondering if i called him up and got him to take his car out and then i called the police on him would i get in any trouble

if you make an anonymous phone call you wont get in any trouble but why would you want to do this to someone?

You may be held liable if something bad happens because you called the police with bad intentions.
If your "someone" decides to run out the police in a high speed chase and ends up dead from a car crash, you might be held liable for his death or any other injuries that he may have done to others.
I would definitely sue you if I was there parent.

That reprehensible. You want to use the legal system to get someone in trouble? Yeah, if you encourage him to break the law, you're "aiding and abetting." That is morally wrong and it's criminal. The law is not something you play games with. This conviction could follow him for the rest of his life. Don't you have a personal code of ethics?
