What is "best offer" ? I have a multiple item listing and I received an offer to purchase the item at below the buy it now price. The price is ok, but what happens if I accept this offer - will the listing end ? Will the sale price be visible to other users ? Will I be able to continue to sell other items at the full buy it now price ? eBay help doesn't have detailed information on this.

You did not read the question.

It is a MULTIPLE ITEM LISTING. I received a best offer for the first item. What happens to the other items in the listing ?

Do I have to sell them at that price ?

If you, as the seller, are using the "best offer" option in a multiple item listing, the offer that you receive from a potential customer is only good for however many items he/she is offering to buy. If for instance, you have 10 items for sale in a single listing, and he/she is offering to buy 2 at $10 per item, and you accept, you will still have 8 more items to sell at the "buy it now" price. The listing will not end until everything has sold or until the specified time. The accepted offer will not be visible to other potential buyers -- your auction listing will still look the same. But, of course, when you or the buyer leaves feedback, then anyone can just click on your feedback and see what was sold and at how much.

no hun if you accept the offer you have to withdraw and ebay will ask you for details of the buyer, price etc etc...the listing will end early... no price is available just a note to say it has been purchased and withdrawn from auction. Ebay is sometimes a bit behind in the customer questions and like me... you have to find out when you do wrong the hard way hun .... Good luck ...

If you only have one item available on this listing then when you accept a persons best offer than it's sold and you have to sell it to them. Of course, you can always reject.

Rules are the same here in UK. You don't have to accept the best offer you can refuse it. People can't see the details of the transaction. If you accept the best offer the listing will end.

If you accept the offer, the listing ends.

Hi. "Best offer" represents what you would be willing to bid if there was no reserve or "Buy it now" price. I've never used it.
