I believe your statement is overly misleading.
But given Bush's lying pattern , it wouldn't surprise me a bit he is hiding some horrible crime.

The article you probably saw never said Bush told to do that. It is because Goodling's lawyer thought she might get in trouble similar to Lewis Libby's.

Who said Bush instructed Goodling to take fith?

It was not Bush. It was her laywers who recommended that option to Goodling.

May be learn to read entire article at least if you want to impeach someone.

Study Libby's case before you judge it is sign of being guilty of crime. This is not that straight foward as you think.

Goodling's fear is that every little detail of her testimony might be taken a part by FBI and someone will find tiny small honest mistakes and turn that into 'lying under oath'. That's why she takes fifth.

You'll probably do the same if you're in her position.

So, FALSE!

He's been doing that from day one! Thinking that is going to
help cover his mistakes. What he isn't smart enough to realize
is that his plan has already backfired. I've lost count of the people going public blaming the president. I've heard a few say, "That if they're going down they refuse to do it alone."
True, All he's smart enough to do is lie !
