No, the FBI guy will save her and team up with her to bring down the Company.
In my humble opinion, "Prison Break" is better than "Lost".

My initial thought was that michael and linc would go back for her and go to panama, but then I realised that leaves them with little story for season 3, so perhaps her or LJ get put in prison and get broken out?? Its good that theyve kept t so well that people have to keep guessing.

If you are talking about Sara, probably not.
There is going to be a 3rd season and my guess is that the story line will be Michael trying to break her out of prision.
