I know that pain well.

Get on all fours, rock back and forth and kind of in a circle- try pulling your belly up like a cat arching their back and then relax.

You can thank me later :)

Try lying in the tub and gently coaxing the baby over toward the center. Then after your bath, use a heating pad on the side that hurts.

It is your siatic (sp?) nerve... it's because of the way the baby is sitting. I had the same thing happen to me and nothing worked until my daughter was delivered. It instantly went away. Try sitting on an exercise ball for some relief. It kind of helps. Or get on all 4's.

hey i'm in the same boat, I'm due april 14th, today I saw my doctor and he told me that when I lay down I should lay a little bit on a incline so it takes pressure off the bottom of your spine. he also suggests to rotate hot and cold packs while getting a massage (time for the pampering, lol) I tried it and my back doesn't hurt as bad, but let me tell you how I feel in a couple hours. good luck,

My boys both did that to me...what I found to work was to put and ice cube on your belly on the side that the baby is pushing on. That usually makes them move pretty fast!

You are at a very uncomfortable time, I know. Try a physio ball, you can sit on it or bounce on it. This is they only way I survived the last few weeks. Good luck!
