The Bucs made good use of their offseason, especially with the signing of many big names such as Jeff Garcia, Cato June, Kevin Carter, and Luke Petitgout. They posted a horrible record in 2006, but they also strugged with many injuries and had to go through three different quarterbacks. Can they bounce back to challenge for a division title (like the Saints did last season), or at least post a .500 mark?

The Bucs will be improved, but really need a good draft.
The defensive line needs to get younger, and need a playmaking receiver. Galloway is 35, and Clayton coming off a bad injury, if Calvin Johnson is available at #4, Tampa should jump on him, or get a defensive lineman, since there are plenty good receivers in the draft that will be around in the 2nd round.

I don't think they'll get to compete for the division title. Though they had a good off-season, its nothing like the restructuring the Saints went threw last year. With the Saints and Panthers in the same division, I'll say they go 7-9 and finish third in the division. 8-8 at best.

They didn't have that great of an offseason. They signed a 36 year old QB. An undersized LB. An old and slow DL. And a bad OL. They also traded Plummer, who will retire. They lost a third round pick there. I think Chris Simms will start. They will draft Calvin Johnson..and post and 8-8 record

Simms became a query mark even earlier his harm. Rattay seems worth a 2nd seem. Gradowski in no way regarded fairly like a commencing QB. Who knows how the situation will seem come preparation camp. The protection is getting older. Alstott may be completed. Williams did o.k. whilst he became healthful, yet looked as though it would have difficulty retaining directly to the ball. in spite of a vulnerable schedule next 365 days, maybe they should purely be shooting for .500.

They have a shot at their division. They'll have an even better shot if they manage to draft Calvin Johnson. Their offensive line has to play better than it did last year. They are in a very tough division, however, and this will prevent a wild card from coming out of the NFC South.

No this is not a Saints story. I will give the Bucs 8-8 at best.

I predict an 8-8 season, 10-6 at best but i don't think that'll happen.

There offseason has been good but not amazing, I'd rate it C+ maybe B-
