I used to be "friends" with this girl, but she betrayed my trust and stabbed me in the back, I no longer talk to this girl, but we do work in the same office, and she continuously flaunts her betrayal in my face, half the day I can only think about getting revenge on her, I am not usually a vengeful person, and just want to forget about the whole situation before I do something stupid or cruel

You tell her to here face the you just don't give a good !#%$ about what she thinks and to have a nice day. That will take the fun out of it for her. Repeat as often a necessary.

You should be ashamed that you let it come to this. Where is your dignity? Why would you put up with it? Beat her freakin ****! Don't let someone do you like that. You get revenge and then some. Let her know never to fudge with you again. You're going to get pushed around all your life if you can;t take care of this one. just make sure whatever you do is not illegal. The best part of revenge is the planning. Good luck!

Just forget about it, and try to think of the good times you had with her, instead of the bad thing that happened. Put up pictures in your office of things you did that were fun, and that made you happy.

The best thing to do is just forget about it. Unless you're going to change jobs you have to work with this girl. Just be polite to her, but not overly friendly. Eventually things will settle down.

try and find better frndz and think of her as somehting int eh past that u jsut need to get over. it will take some time but u should look to the future and whatever surprises, good or bad, it might hold.
