That depends on where you are doing the dipping skinny. The laws of some states prevent it because it is considered to be a tresspass on the public person, who by your naked exposure suffers an offence.
Skinny dipping is fun, but it is better to keep it private... like in your own backyard or something. However, there are beaches here in Sydney where it is tolerated.... and a lot of beaches tolerate topless ladies, in fact I also go topless all the time. (easy for me to say ~ I am male).

Only if it is not a public place. If it is in a not well known lake where not many people go to, then I would say yes.

if it is ur backyard, then yes. if it is a public place, then no. check with the owners of where you swim to see if it is.
