Most radio stations have a playlist on their websites so if you have an urban radio station, I'd suggest looking at their playlists. Otherwise look at Yahoo! music. You can click like new Rap/Hip-Hop videos and scroll through those listings.

Rolling Stone top 100. BET top 10 etc
