Makeover, please!!!?

I know this is drastic, but I know a girl who is in desperate need of a makeover. We will take her to the mall and get her hair cut and highlighted then go on a, lets just say, very, very big shopping spree. We already have two hundred dollars. Can we get in touch with a proffesional stylist that could do this for free???

im not sure i think u should go around to the girls in ur school that dress really well and get tips from them they probably can tell u wear to buy cute stuff for this girl for a cheap price!!!good luck i hop she looks better!
