i think a hot pink or yellow polo or fitted tee would look really cute. if you'll be wearing them in semi cold weather, go for a semi fitted hoodie. gosh that would look cute. definitely go for a solid with these shorts, any print would be way too loud. also, go for simple jewelry.
these shorts would look great with flip flops or slip on sneakers.

I don't like those shorts but regardless, wear a tank top with shorts. Show a little belly too. That's always best.
