go for the chorus. the chorus in Bye Bye Birdie is really cool and it's a bunch of love-sick teenagers.

The lead character, Kim, has a younger brother. He doesn't have many lines, but he does get a lot of stage time. Even if you're a girl, go for it. Directors often cast girls in roles for boys and vice versa. Break a leg!

Probably Randolf Macafee. and if your a girl, don't worry. My director changed it to a girl (Randi) for me.
Randolf has a funny little solo in the song Kids, and is a fairly comedic charecter. Especially when Harry Macafee asks for a weapon, to somehow hurt Conrad to get Kim back, and Randolf brings on his/her peashooter. It gets lots of laughs.
Break a leg!

This depends on who'e putting on the show. If it's community theatre, you'll have to settle for one of the teens (this includes the brother, if you're a guy). If it's your middle school that's doing it, all roles are open to you.

i was in that musical last year! yes the biggest part you could get is one of the teens probably. sorry i don't know if you are a guy or girl, but if you are a boy you could be kim's brother. he is around 12.
