If you have the Trojan thing virus in file how do you delete it to get rid of the virus?

I'm using NoAdware v5.0 and I have no clue what to do! Please help me, I've found a folder (while it's scanning) and it says DANGEROUS!! How do i get rid of the virus? By deleting that file?!?!? PLEASE HELP!!!
