I know i don't know ANYTHING about cars but I want to swap my engine with something faster and cheaper is there anyway to change FWD TO a RWD? I have a 91 celica GT I need to know what kind would work

A project of this magnitude would be a MAJOR undertaking even for someone who DOES know something about cars, let alone someone who DOESN'T. This means that if you have to ask, it's not even worth considering, unless you have ENDLESS funds to play with. Notice how I did NOT say it was IMPOSSIBLE.

you simply can't.... the entire labor will cost you more than a brand new mecedes... if you want a Drive train conversion from FWD to RWD. the TRD team did made a Celica 4WD, but they are the Professional Toyota rally team.
Faster engine can be done, but not by swaping. Rather, it would be better off to run a supercharger or turbo in it. However, as a 91 celica GT, whatever you want to do to make ur car faster will definitely exceed the value the car itself, it would not be wise to mod a old car like that unless you are rich and knowledgible about cars.
Another idea of cheap way to get the "a lot more horsepower" is simply drop in a nitrous oxide system in it. they can be done under $300.

Has nothing to do with the engine you're using. You need to link the transmission to the axle that you want to drive. I don't believe that a 91 Celica with FWD has enough room underneath for a driveshaft and a linkage. Besides, that kind of work will cost more than what the car is worth. Dead end idea.
